Given the digital nature of our products and the instantaneous delivery, we have specific rules regarding refunds and returns. 2. Digital Products
Our digital products include various digital services and downloadable items designed to improve the search engine visibility of your website. These are delivered electronically.
3. No Returns on Delivered Digital Products
Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be returned. Our products are deemed “delivered” when you have received the product links, access codes, or have downloaded the product. Due to the nature of digital content, a return is not possible as it cannot be physically returned.
4. Refunds for Digital Products
a. Non-delivery:
A refund will be issued if you do not receive the digital product link or access code due to an issue with our server or other technical problems that can be attributed directly to us. In such cases, we will rectify the issue by re-sending the product link or access code. If you still do not receive the digital product, a full refund will be issued.
b. Major defects:
All our products are thoroughly tested before release. However, unexpected errors may occur. This does not mean a refund will be issued for every small bug. Refund will be applicable only when a product has a major defect that prevents it from fulfilling its purpose and if we are unable to correct the defect within a reasonable period.
c. Product not as described:
A product is eligible for a refund if it is significantly different from the description provided. If this is the case, you must provide detailed information including how the product fails to meet the description. We will use this information to prevent future errors.
5. Requests for Refunds
Refund requests are processed as follows:
- You must submit a claim for non-delivery, defect, or product misdescription within 7 days from the order placement date.
